The Messenian Coast
Diodia, Messenia
Gods, kings, sea and stone.
Our olives grow on the slopes above Diodia, in the wild hills of Messenia. Minutes away sits the Palace of Nestor, where clay tablets more than 3,000 years old record offerings to Poseidon, god of the sea.
The sea still has a hand in things here.

- Koroneiki Olive cultivar
Tiny, green and stubborn.
Koroneiki olives are small and intensely aromatic, with a high skin-to-flesh ratio and a naturally low yield, especially when picked young, which is precisely when we want them.
They give very little.
We choose concentration over maximum yield.
A land of history
3,000+ years.
Just minutes from our groves lies the Palace of Nestor, one of the best-preserved Bronze Age palaces in Greece. Clay tablets more than 3,000 years old, written in Linear B, record offerings to Poseidon, god of the sea.
Olive trees have thrived here for millennia.
The landscape is different now, but the elements remain the same.
