Where we ship
MIELA currently ships only within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
- Express shipping: $15
Rates and any shipping promotions are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change shipping promotions for future orders.
Processing time
Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and the service you choose.
Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you tracking details when available.
Damaged, missing or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contains an incorrect product, or an item is missing, or if tracking shows your package may be lost, email hello@mielaharvest.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Because MIELA is a food product, all sales are otherwise final. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for details.
